Keep it Clean – With Spray on Glass?

There’s a fascinating new invention out of Germany which is apparently supposed to make cleaning and sanitizing a snap.  The product is spray on glass. It is proven to keep food prep areas, hospitals, homes and practically any other space you can think of clean and germ free.

According to the website, ‘The liquid glass, which is safe and completely inert, forms an invisible, flexible coating on the surface of an object and repels dirt and grime. More importantly, it is believed to prevent the build-up of hospital-acquired infections such as the superbug Staphylococcus aureus, which is resistant to many antibiotics.’

That’s nothing short of incredible.  I can only dream of how much cleaner my phone, keyboard, mouse remote control, etc. would be if I were able to use this. I wonder what kind of implications this will have on our health and the cleaning industry in general.

Regardless, incredible technology!
