  2. I keep my butter which I buy butter chips for toast, potatoes etc .in the frig as I don’t use it everyday . Plus this prevents cross-contamination as I have gluten sensity . Peanut butter is stored in cupboard . Thank you, Thank you ! Love your tips !

  5. How to store cheese? And how to store smoked meat products after opening them from vacuum package? Mine get either moldy or too dry.

  6. Good advice. I have a three piece container that has a covered lid. Butter is put in a bowl that sits inside another bowl that contains a small amount of water that is all around and under the bowl with the butter. This is then can be kept on your counter or cupboard and the butter is always soft to spread. It’s called a Butter Bowl.
